1935 - Automatic set model 1935

1935 - Automatic set model 1935

The set has been used by for subscribers connected to early rural automatic exchange in Jydsk Telefon-Aktieselskab's area.

The telephone is made by Kristian Kirks Telefonfabrikker in Horsens and was the first type from this factory, that was made exclusively for automatic exchanges. Besides this the model has been used extensively as extension phone at private automatic exchange (PAX) systems. It was even available in a CB-version.

The designer is clearly influenced by the look of the thirties American telephones.
