1914 - Magneto set

Before the turn of the century there were several small provincial telephone companies in Denmark, but the vast majority were bought up by the state or the large telephone companies, as the latter were granted a concession of establishing and operation of telephone services in 1898.
The telephone at the picture has been used in Lolland-Falster, where the telephone company remained independent, until the Copenhagen Telephone Company Ltd. (KTAS) bought the company it in 1948.
The set is from 1914 and is manufactured in Horsens at Emil Møllers Telefonfabrikker.
Notice the decorative badge from Lolland-Falster Telefonaktieselskab, that shows the town arms of the seven boroughs in the province.
