1907 - Magneto set

The model at the picture was introduced in 1907 and is manufactured at L. M. Ericsson in Stockholm.
Originally the telephone was manufactured to the State Telephone Service, which at that time were in charge of the telephone service on the island of Lęsų, from where this set comes. Subsequently it has been renovated and - as you can see - equipped with Jutland Telephone Company's (Jydsk Telefon) badge.
Notice the extra watch receiver that hangs on a separate hook. At that time it was standard on the sets from the State Telephone Service, because the quality of the telephone connections was not as good as we are used to today, so it could be necessary to use both ears.
